Blue Zones Project will be offering a number of in-person volunteer opportunities this month. But if you can’t attend, we hope you will Volunteer Virtually. Use this form to tell us how you are giving your time, talent, and effort to the community.

Volunteer With Us!

Keep the spirit of volunteerism alive by finding your own way to give back. Here are a few thought starters:

  • Support a local animal shelter
  • Pick up trash in your neighborhood or local park
  • Deliver food to a neighbor
  • Donate blood
  • Send letters to seniors or members of the military
  • Get creative!

We appreciate you and all the wonderful ways you are making our community a better place to live.

Use this form to tell us how you plan to volunteer this month then share a picture of your volunteer project on one of the volunteer posts on our Facebook or Instagram page with the hashtag #volunteerBZP for a chance to win some BZP swag!

Tell Us About Your Volunteer Plans

Did you Know?

When you contribute to a local cause it reinforces your sense of purpose.

Studies have noted that people who volunteer regularly have lower rates of cancer and heart disease as well as reduced healthcare costs. It seems that volunteers gain as much as they give!

Start where you are. Use what you have. Do what you can.
